Your satisfaction is always guaranteed, and we'd like to hear from you if you have any issues with your order. Within 30 days of purchase, returns on the Sip in Sonoma book can only be accepted if the product is in the same condition and packaging as originally received. If the spine is cracked, or any of the coupons are torn, missing, or in otherwise poor condition the return cannot be accepted.

Your order is processed as soon as we receive it, and every effort is made to ship your order the same day.
Cancelling an OrderIf you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to the the e-mail address listed below, or give us a call. If the order has already shipped, please wait until you receive the order. Once the order arrives, please mail it to the Returns address listed below. You will receive a refund for the full amount. We do not reimburse for shipping charges incurred by you to return the package.
Shipping Options and RatesWe offer two types of USPS Shipping. We recommend Priority Mail as it generally arrives in 2 business days to most destinations. A cheaper alternative is USPS Media Mail, although the delivery times are less predictable. You will be provided with a delivery confirmation/tracking number with either choice of shipping. | | |

Credit Cards, Check Cards, & e-Checks Our direct order page utilizes Cart32 software. Cart32 is widely recognized as the most robust and secure online order processing available today. We directly accept checks/money orders, Visa or Mastercard, and PayPal. Through PayPal you may use additional forms of payment, including e-checks. Checks and Money OrdersIf you wish to pay by check or money order through the U.S. mail system, use the shopping cart system to get the product order total and print it out. Mail the print-out and payment the address below.
