Whisky EDU Study Group
April 23 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm PDT

Samples can be picked up in San Fran, San Jose or shipped within CA
Join us, with whisky enthusiast Stuart Berkowitz, as we investigate a unique six whiskies each 3rd Wednesday of the month(We moved to the 4th Wednesday for April). The budget is $1800 for each months selection. To expand our whisky appreciation, we will taste a variety of styles (single-malt, single-grain; bourbon, sherry, and wine cask; unpeated, peated; older whisky, younger distillate-forward whisky). The expressions will be from a variety of Independent Bottlers as well as distillery bottlings. Some product is sourced from auctions, distilleries, and private collections. While not slaves to ratings, ALL whiskies will be highly rated.
What’s included: Each tasting will come with six, 1.0 ounce samples. Each tasting will be conducted via Zoom on the third Wednesday of each month.
Most months we will have an education theme. Some months the only theme will be to drink DGW (Darn Good Whisky). This month’s Theme: Figuring the date of a bottle of whisky
