Our cocktail classes are an interactive and enjoyable way for you to immerse yourself in Standard Proof Whiskey and cocktail making 101. This engaging one-hour class is Whiskey informative, teaches the basics of bartending and specialty cocktail knowledge all while using our 8 different craft Whiskeys. Cocktail classes will be led by an expertly trained instructor that will advise, demonstrate, and work 1 on 1 with you and the rest of the class!
Each ticket includes a tasting of our Straight Rye, and 7 naturally-infused Standard Proof Whiskies, as well as multiple house cocktails, made by you, accompanied by the instructor. Cocktail classes can comfortably hold up to 10 people and are available for booking everyday!

Standard Proof Whiskey Co. was born behind the bar in Nashville, TN. Our whiskey infusions began as a well-kept secret created by bartenders to share with friends and frequent bar patrons. Aged in new American oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof, our quality rye whiskey is carefully infused with only the finest natural ingredients.
