The evening at Charlie’s Still on Main will begin with a Welcome Cocktail featuring Green River Wheated Bourbon and specialty appetizers.
We will then dive into our Bitters and Bourbon Masterclass featuring Heather Wibbels, Managing Director of Bourbon Women, award-winning author, top mixologist and The Cocktail Contessa. During the cocktail class, we will explore how bitters add balance and flavor to bring out all of our favorite things from bourbon. You’ll find out what bitters are, why they pair well with bourbon, and how they’re used in a classic cocktail like the Old Fashioned.
